Ajay, Sanju and Salman to feature together in a track

Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt will finally shoot a music track with Salman Khan this month-end

Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt, who have had hectic schedules recently, will finally shoot for a song for their upcoming film on July 30.

Salman Khan also features in the track. Though it was announced that Sallu would be the stellar attraction in the track, there was speculation when it would happen as all three stars are extremely tied up with their commitments.

Says a source, “Sallu shot for a bit and had promised to give dates by July-end. As he has a film lined up in mid-August, he was keen to shoot for the track before he starts promotion for his film.”

The song will be shot at Film City and a special set is being erected with Ganesh Acharya as the choreographer.

Adds the source, “Coordinating everyone’s dates was a task but things have now worked out. This is the last bit of shoot remaining for the film as well.”

As Devgn was busy with the promotions of his recent release and Dutt was shooting a film, July end was the best time for these two stars too. As the source puts it, “They want it to be the highpoint of the film so every possible care is being taken to make it a lavish spectacle.”

Sanjay Dutt's niece Nazia Hussain on familial ties and why she is not ready to do an item number yet

Sanjay Dutt may not want the women from his family to ever enter Bollywood. But Nazia Hussain, his niece is already taking baby steps towards establishing herself as an actress in the industry.

And so the most obvious question that comes her way is, does it help being Sanjay Dutt’s niece? Quick comes the reply, “Sanju chachu is someone whom I have grown up watching on screen.

It is true that we both come from the same background. But my relation with him doesn’t really help as I am trying to make my mark in Bollywood on my own. My grandfather Akhtar Hussain too made films.” Coming from a filmi background, one could expect Nazia to be at the receiving end of some well-worded advice from her uncle.

The young actress laughs and says, “No, he is a very busy man. I have always been very shy around him. I would be petrified if he saw my film. When he joined the industry, his dad was a big name but he struggled to become successful. I too want to grow by myself. I too have travelled on local trains and autos to give my auditions.”

So is there pressure on her to deliver?

“Firstly, I am a Hussain and not a Dutt! If I had been a Dutt, there would have been more pressure on me. But I do need to live up to my family’s name and do some good work. It does make a few heads turn when people come to know that I am Sanjay Dutt’s niece. But I have to struggle and carve a niche for myself.”

And that means no item numbers. Nazia says she is not ready for that kind of quick fame yet. She asserts, “No! I don’t want to do item numbers. May be later once I am settled.”

Sanjay Dutt to play a baddie, again for Rs 10 crore

Sanju signs up for yet another villainous role; pockets Rs 10 crore

After playing Kancha Cheena in Karan Johar’s Agneepath, Sanjay Dutt seems to be on a roll, getting offers to play other villainous characters as well. Now for Bejoy Nambiar’s next film, starring Shahid Kapoor in the lead, Sanjay Dutt has been added to the cast in a negative role. Apparently the star will be paid Rs 10 crore for the role.

A source informs, “Bejoy is currently busy with his new film, which stars Vikram, Tabu and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Once he is done with the film, he will start shooting his next that is yet untitled. Bejoy is known to make edgy films and the lead antagonist was one of the most vital characters in the film.

After much debate, Bejoy thought of Sanjay Dutt for the role and met him a fortnight back.” Dutt apparently loved the character and has already given him a go ahead. The necessary formalities are said to being worked out at the moment.

The source furthers said, “Bejoy is guarding the film close to his heart. He has not even revealed the genre of the film to anyone.” Sanjay Dutt and Bejoy Nambiar remained unavailable for comment.
